1. Scope of Services

Holistic Coach HK ("we") provides holistic psychology coaching, marriage counselling, child and youth development consultancy, counselling, corporate training and youth courses. All services aim to support personal and family growth.

2. Nature of Services

Our services are coaching and counselling in nature, and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing severe distress or a risk of harm to yourself or others, please seek help from qualified medical professionals first.

3. Booking & Confirmation

All services require a prior booking. A booking is confirmed upon our confirmation notice. We will make every effort to provide services at the agreed time.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes or cancellations. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Lateness & No-Show

If you arrive late, the session time is generally not extended. Unnotified no-shows will be handled under the cancellation policy.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees are as confirmed at the time of booking. Certain programmes are charged on an hourly basis; please contact us for details. Payment methods and deadlines will be explained at booking.

7. Refund Policy

Paid fees are generally non-refundable, except where we unilaterally cancel a service. Special circumstances will be handled case by case.

8. Confidentiality

We strictly uphold professional confidentiality. Without your written consent, we will not disclose your personal information or counselling content to any third party.

9. Exceptions to Confidentiality

Confidentiality may be limited where: disclosure is required by law; there is an immediate risk to your or another person's safety; or you have explicitly consented to disclosure.

10. Services for Minors

Services for persons under 18 require consent from a parent or guardian. We will maintain appropriate communication with parents as needed, in the best interests of the child.

11. Online Sessions

Whether online sessions are suitable depends on your location, privacy environment and the nature of your concern. Online sessions are governed by these terms equally.

12. Intellectual Property

Copyright in course materials, articles and all original content belongs to us. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

13. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a safe and respectful environment. We reserve the right to terminate services in response to any harassment, threats or inappropriate behaviour.

14. Disclaimer

Outcomes of coaching vary from person to person. We provide support to the best of our professional ability but do not guarantee any specific result.
