🧭 Parenting Coaching
Exhausted from disciplining? Learn to understand, stop scolding and pushing.
Do you often feel exhausted "disciplining" your child — and so do they? — The problem may not be your child, but that you are parenting with "rules".
Many parents parent through "rules": scolding, pushing, comparing, "you should do this". These may work short-term, but long-term they make a child lose confidence, lose security, and stop telling you the truth.
🎯 What we do
We teach parents to parent with a "model / system" — not scolding and pushing, but understanding your child's developmental needs, building secure connection, and leading by example.
- Not "scolding" but "understanding the need behind the behaviour"
- Not "pushing" but "following your child's pace"
- Not "comparing" but "seeing your child's uniqueness"
When a child feels understood and accepted, they naturally become self-disciplined, confident and willing to learn.
👥 Who it is for
- Parents facing parenting challenges (homework, behaviour, emotions)
- Parents who feel their child "just won't listen" or "gets more rebellious"
- Families wanting to move from "authoritative discipline" to "connected parenting"
🛠️ How it works
- Individual / parent-child sessions (in person or online)
- A holistic psychology view — no labels, no judging right or wrong
- Learn a "parenting model" you can use at home

FAQ
What is "Parenting Coaching"?
It teaches parents to parent with a "model / system" — not scolding, pushing or comparing, but understanding the child's developmental needs, building secure connection, and leading by example.
Why doesn't my discipline work?
Because "rule"-based discipline (scolding, pushing, comparing) may work short-term, but long-term it makes a child lose confidence and security. When you switch to "understanding + connection", the child naturally becomes self-disciplined.
What age is this suitable for?
Any age. In early childhood you learn secure attachment; in the school years you learn to accompany learning; in the teenage years you learn respect and letting go.
How many sessions?
We generally recommend one initial consultation to understand your parenting pattern, then decide the way forward. The goal is to teach you a "parenting model" as soon as possible.
How is it different from "Parent-Child Communication"?
Parent-Child Communication focuses on "how to talk" (communication); Parenting Coaching focuses on "how to parent" (the whole parenting approach — behaviour, emotions, learning).
