1. Scope of Services

Holistic Coach HK ("we") provides holistic psychology coaching, marriage counselling, child development consultancy, counselling, corporate training and youth courses. All services aim to support personal and family growth, and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes or cancellations. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are as confirmed at the time of booking. Certain programmes (such as youth courses) are charged on an hourly basis; please contact us for details.

4. Confidentiality

We strictly uphold professional confidentiality. Without your written consent, we will not disclose your personal information or counselling content to any third party, except where required by law or where personal safety is at risk.

5. Disclaimer

Outcomes of coaching vary from person to person. We provide support to the best of our professional ability but do not guarantee any specific result.
